1. What AVA does

AVA (Autonomous Verification Agent) is an automated risk analysis tool that evaluates domains, URLs, wallet addresses, social accounts, and other entities against public threat intelligence, deterministic rules, and the AVA Intelligence Engine. It returns a risk score, a narrative summary, and a recommended action.

2. Informational use only

AVA's output is informational and automated. It is not a professional opinion, a legal determination, a financial recommendation, or a guarantee that an entity is safe or unsafe. You are responsible for your own decisions about what to interact with, invest in, or avoid. AVA may produce false positives or false negatives, and the data sources it relies on may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong.

3. No warranty

The service is provided as-is, without any warranty of accuracy, fitness for purpose, availability, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the AVA platform, its operators, and its contributors are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on AVA's output.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AVA to harass, defame, or deceive others; not to feed it content you do not have the right to submit; and not to attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or plan boundaries. Automated or bulk querying outside published API limits requires a paid plan with explicit quota allocation.

5. Your data
